When a gospel music ministry lasts for half a century, it touches a lot of lives and makes a lot of friends. That was demonstrated clearly by the large crowd that filled The First Church in Goldsboro on Saturday, March 22. They were there to celebrate fifty years of ministry by the King's Messengers.

There was a lot of singing. Both current and previous members of the group participated to the delight of the audience. There were stories, memories, some laughter, and some tears. All in all, it was an incredible evening of gospel music.
