If there are five Fridays in a month, then somebody will be singing in Richlands, NC. The “Fifth Friday” sing for May featured two groups from the Jacksonville, NC area. The event took place at the First Christian Church in Richlands.

The Silence Family is a family group with Wayne and Dianna Silence, along with their daughters Breanna and Morgann. This group began in 2002, and is still going strong today.

Billy and the Kids is a bluegrass gospel group featuring Billy Murphy, his kids Brandi Jo, Landon, and Jacob, along with a family friend Katlyn Humphrey. These folks are not only talented vocalists, but they are exceptional musicians.
